Havering youth charged with possession of a knife.

A 17-year-old man has been charged with possession of an offensive weapon after a stop and search by Police.

Police were on routine patrol on Tuesday 3 March, when they stopped a group of males on Ardleigh Green Road, Hornchurch. One of the men was arrested on suspicion of possession of a bladed article. There were no other arrests.

A 17-year-old man from Havering was charged on 3 March and subsequently bailed. He is due to attend Barkingside Youth Court on the 6th of April at 09:30hrs.
