Havering Council slammed over anti social behaviour failings at Cherry Tree Lane in Rainham.
Dagenham and Rainham MP, Margaret Mullane, says that Havering Council must do better on anti-social behaviour in the low-rise blocks of flats on Cherry Tree Lane.
