A man is in critical condition after falling from a height in Romford on Thursday evening. Emergency services responded quickly, and investigations are ongoing to determine the cause of the incident.

On the evening of Thursday, 27 June, at approximately 18:30hrs, emergency services were called to Western Road, Romford, following reports of a male injured after falling from a height.

Upon arrival, officers from the police force and personnel from the London Ambulance Service found the injured man and promptly transported him to the hospital. He is currently receiving treatment and remains in a critical condition.

The man’s next of kin have been informed about the incident.

Investigations are ongoing to determine the circumstances surrounding the fall. Authorities have not released further details at this time, but they continue to appeal for any witnesses to come forward with information that might aid their enquiries.

A police spokesperson said, “Police were called at approximately 18:30hrs on Thursday, 27 June to reports of a male injured after falling from a height in Western Road, Romford. Officers and London Ambulance Service attended and the male was taken to hospital for treatment; he remains there in a critical condition. His next of kin are aware. Enquiries into the circumstances are ongoing.
