The property is set towards the end of the Elm Park Road, surrounded by residential properties that have had to deal with loud music, parties till the early hours of the morning, rubbish strewn all over the road, men hanging around outside their properties and endless vehicles parking across their drives.

A man who entered a newsagent on St Nicholas Road in Elm Park armed with a knife has now died. The man entered the shop on Monday 30 December just before 7am threatening staff with a knife. Customers intervened to stop the robbery and the man was taken to hospital. He remained in critical but stable condition.
