‘I will scrap ULEZ expansion from day one’ Tory Mayoral Candidate Susan Hall states on her Romford visit.

The Conservative London Mayoral candidate Susan Hall visited Romford on Saturday 2 September and vowed to all outer London borough residents that she will instantly scrap the ultra low emission zone expansion from day one in office.

The Tory Mayoral candidate was invited to visit Romford by the Romford MP Andrew Rosindell and Havering and Redbridge GLA Member and Leader of Havering Conservative’s Councillor Keith Prince.

Ms Hall spoke to Havering residents outside of Romford Conservative Head Quarters, Margaret Thatcher House and then visited Romford Market meeting market traders and chatting with them about the changes they would like to see across Havering and London.

Havering residents expressed their frustrations to Ms Hall about frequently feeling forgotten as an outer London borough and that they receive very little from City Hall.

The main topic of discussion was the ULEZ expansion and the Tory Mayoral Candidate vowed to remove the expansion from her first day in office.

The Romford MP Andrew Rosindell stated: “There was a rapturous welcome for Susan Hall Am from the people of Romford on Saturday. She clearly outlined her plans to remove the current Mayor and cancel the ULEZ expansion. She also recognises the needs of ‘outer London’.”
