Our picture of the day is Firefighter Tony Gladman and his colleagues at Ilford Fire Station wrapping up gifts for the elderly.

Tony from Hornchurch, is a Havering Daily community hero who spends his Christmas day delivering gifts to the elderly in care homes and putting a smile on their faces.

Here he is with his hero colleagues preparing for his Christmas day delivery!
