BREAKING: Palms Hotel to house asylum seekers.

The London Borough of Havering has just been informed by the Home Office that Palms Hotel on the A127 in Hornchurch is to be used to accommodate asylum seekers.

The Leader of Havering Council, Councillor Damian White has written to the Home Secretary Priti Patel, stating that the venue is completely unsuitable for housing vulnerable people.

Please see below for a copy of Councillor White’s letter.

The Romford MP Andrew Rosindell has also added that he is completely opposed to this decision by the Home Office.

Priti Patel is the MP for Witham, just down the road from Havering. How many is her constituency taking from Afghanistan? Also! What does Julia Lopez think about this?

I’m still in temporary accommodation for 7 years. I’m a single parent with 3 kids have worked my ass off and still can’t get anywhere for me and my kids to be permanently or affordably. Look after the people who voted for you

They should not be put in a built up residential area , there’s enough trouble in havering without adding to it.
