The air ambulance landed in Ingrebourne School in Taunton Road, Harold Hill yesterday evening.
Locals watched the ambulance land in the nearby school that is currently closed.
A spokesperson for the Met police told the Havering Daily: “Police were called by London Ambulance Service (LAS) to Aylsham Lane, Romford, on 13 July, shortly after 17.30hrs to reports of a woman injured after a fall from a window.
“Officers attended. She was treated at the scene before being taken to hospital. Her condition has been assessed as non life-threatening.
“The incident is not being treated as suspicious.”
