VIDEO: ‘He was found lifeless and lying in the middle of the road.’

Hook is a ten-month-old dog that was brutally dumped on the street and left to die. He has a Romanian chip and was found in Stapleford Abbots lying lifeless in the middle of the road.

He was rescued by the amazing ladies at Scruffy’s Angels who immediately took him to the vet.

Emma from Scruffy’s Angels told the Havering Daily:When we first found him, he was lying lifeless in the road. He had a broken front paw that had healed on its own and had a callous on it. He also had a broken back leg which needed immediate attention.”

However, Hook was too weak to have any x-rays at first and totally de-hydrated.

Now the ladies at Scruffy’s Angels are in desperate need to raise money for Hook to have an operation.

He has a femur brake which we need a specialist vet to look at. We have already amassed a bill of £1,200 without any surgery yet.”

The team at Scruffy’s Angels do an amazing job rescuing animals across the borough and helping them get the right treatment and support.

Now they need your help! Please help them fund Hook’s operation and get him the treatment he needs.
