BREAKING: Car smashes into barrier outside of town hall.

‘I’m not sure if it’s the wet conditions that caused the crash but it’s lucky that no one was injured.’

A car has smashed into the barriers just outside of the town hall in Romford after being hit by a bus.

Eye witness Ross was walking by when he heard aloud bang and looked round to see a car smash into the barriers just passed the library.

‘I couldn’t believe it, I heard this loud crashing noise and saw that the car had smashed right into the barriers after being hit at the back by the bus.

‘A guy on his way to collect his daughter from the library was walking by at the time, he was so lucky not to have been hurt. It was quite shocking. The car stopped about a foot away from him.’
