The performance will showcase the late  singer/songwriter’s favourite tracks including Back to Black, Valerie, Tears Dry On Their Own and Rehab from her multi-selling platinum albums.

World-renowned performer, Laura Jane Butler, will recreate the iconic sound of the jazz and pop powerhouse which coincidentally is also on the anniversary of Mitch’s mums’ birthday.

Amy’s father Mitch, who will address members of the audience before the performance, said: ‘I want you to come and see Laura Butler.

The family have endorsed her, she’s the number one tribute to Amy in the world.

The show is going all over the country and hopefully, she’ll be taking it to America and everywhere.

Please come, Laura’s great and we love her and she has raised lots of money for the Amy Winehouse Foundation and hopefully, she will continue to do so.

Janis Winehouse said: ‘I’m so happy to support and endorse Laura in her show, she’s the best tribute to  my Amy you will see. Thank you Laura for your hard work in raising funds for the Amy Winehouse Foundation.’

Singer Laura Jane  Butler , who lives near Lakeside, said: ‘I’m thrilled  and honoured to be performing for everyone and particularly for  Mitch and Janis. I know it will be the first time Mitch has seen me live so it’s going to be emotional.

‘It’s also his late mother’s Cynthias’ birthday, who Amy was very close with, so the concert will be particularly poignant.’

The one night only show is being produced by James Taylor, the director of The Entertainers Company who is based in Emerson Park.

The company ran by father-and-son duo James and Michael Taylor was established in 1994 and sold over half-a-million tickets to their tribute shows last year.
